Ten Historic Erlanger Mill Village Properties purchased by Lexington Housing Community Development Corporation will undergo extensive renovation under a 1 million dollar grant awarded to the City of Lexington. Properties will be transformed from substandard rental units to beautiful affordable homes for low to moderate income families. Repairs will meet strict state standards and will include new roofs, new heating and air units. Early buyers can assist with the selection of exterior colors, floor colors and counter top colors.
