Affordable Homeownership Begins Here

LHCDC empowers families to own decent & affordable housing by assisting families in low to moderate income households in overcoming obstacles that would prevent them from receiving a mortgage loan.

HOME REPAIR PROGRAM

LHCDC also assists elderly and/ or disabled homeowners with much needed repairs. Many of our elderly citizens would have been displaced due to existing conditions that were corrected by rehab services provided by the LHCDC. Community volunteers make it possible to provide minor repair projects.

and improve existing housing in Lexington.
